Marco Garcia Noceda is a skilled computational biologist currently working at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since September 2022, where expertise includes designing and implementing transformer-based large language models for TCR-pMHC modeling. Previously, Marco served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Riverside from October 2017 to June 2023, focusing on theoretical and computational biophysics and immunology, performing statistical analyses on HIV genetic sequences and developing mathematical models. Additionally, Marco contributed to the Microsoft Research Immunomics Team as both a Research Intern and a Researcher, with a background in quantum computing obtained during an undergraduate research position at Cinvestav Mérida. Marco holds a PhD in Physics from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics from Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan.
