Megan Chan

Megan Chan is a Senior Operations Data Engineer and former Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., where responsibilities include spearheading cross-functional communication for technical requirements and documenting key performance indicators for clinical lab operations. Previously, as a Bioinformatics Analyst II, Megan participated in collaborative efforts to address data inquiries and support laboratory operations through qualitative analysis and software development. Experience includes an internship focused on enhancing quality control pipeline accuracy and resolving data metrics, as well as mentoring undergraduate students in next-generation sequencing data analysis at The University of Texas at Austin. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computational Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
