Steve Salom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board membership and advisory roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Partner at ACE Ventures and holding board positions at Adaptyv, Sinpex, Gmelius, and Batgroup SA, Salom has demonstrated a commitment to supporting innovative ventures. Previous roles include board membership at Amplify and Alpian, along with advisory positions at Reference Capital and as an Operating Partner at ACE & Company, where focus was on advising technology portfolios and coaching startup founders. Salom earned an MBA in General Management, Strategy, and Corporate Finance from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Communication System Engineering from EPFL.
