Alexandre Antunes is a seasoned aerodynamics engineer currently serving as a Principal Aerodynamics Engineer at ADASI since November 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandre worked at Heart Aerospace as a Senior Aerodynamics & Thermodynamics Engineer from December 2021 to November 2024. Alexandre has academic experience as an Assistant Professor at UNIVAP, focusing on Aircraft Design and Aviation Safety, and extensive industry experience at Embraer, where contributions included aerodynamic and CFD activities across various projects from September 2010 to November 2021. Early career roles included a Researcher at VSE, with expertise in turbine design and numerical simulations, and significant experience in aerodynamics at Embraer from 2000 to 2010. Alexandre holds a Doctorate in Computer Science and a Master’s in Aerodynamics from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
