Gideon Hugo is an experienced engineer specializing in guidance and control within the aerospace and defense sector, currently employed at ADASI since February 2021. Prior to this role, Gideon served as a systems engineer at Paramount Advanced Technologies, focusing on avionics for UAV projects. Early experience includes work as a CNFO transmission technician at Telkom, handling maintenance and installations within the transmission network. Gideon holds a Master of Engineering (cum laude) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stellenbosch University, in addition to further qualifications in flight mechanics and missile design from the University of Pretoria and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, respectively.
