Maximiliano A. F. Souza is an experienced aerodynamics and CFD principal engineer currently at ADASI since June 2022, following a distinguished career at Embraer from November 1999 to June 2022. Maximiliano contributed significantly as an aerodynamicist and CFD specialist engineer within the eVTOL program EVE, focusing on aerodynamic design and analysis through both high and low fidelity CFD methods, as well as wind tunnel testing. In various roles at Embraer, including the Preliminary Design Department and Aerodynamics Support Group, Maximiliano was involved in designing new aircraft and updating existing models while addressing aerodynamic challenges. Earlier in the career, Maximiliano also worked hands-on as an aircraft structure assembler on the first-generation EJets assembly line. Maximiliano holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Aerospace Science from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidade do Vale do Paraíba.
