ADB primarily provides specialized financial intermediation and related services with the objective of promoting a sustained and diversified agricultural and rural development as a foundation for the country's over all development .In addition, to cultivate effective linkages between the agricultural sector and the rest of the economy and to complement the provision of banking services through out the country, ADB also provides ordinary commercial banking services , as well as servicing other sectors of the economy.
