Diane Dyka

Diane Dyka is an experienced organisational development and change management professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Organisational Development & Change Manager at Adbri Limited since September 2021, Diane leads initiatives for cultural integration and capability uplift, supporting sales growth through a Commercial Excellence initiative. Prior roles include serving at Veolia Australia and New Zealand as the Organisational Change & Capability Development Manager, and at Qantas as the Senior Organisational Development Consultant, where Diane focused on leadership development and talent management. Additional experience spans organisational development and learning roles at Zurich Financial Services Australia, Bupa Aged Care Australia, Fujitsu Australia Limited, and SC Johnson. Diane holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Economics from the University of Cologne, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the University of Technology Sydney.
