Ahmed Al Najjar has extensive experience in collections and recovery. Ahmed started their career at Standard Chartered Bank in 2003, where they worked in the collections department until 2005. Ahmed then joined Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) in the same year and held various roles, including Lead - collections (Retail & SME) and Head - SME collections & recovery. At ADCB, they were responsible for managing teams, ensuring effectiveness in meeting budgets and unit goals, controlling portfolio losses, and developing policies and procedures for business effectiveness.
Ahmed Al Najjar received a Bachelor's degree in Account from the Applied Science University from 1998 to 2002. Ahmed then pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from The British University in Dubai, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
