Sweta is currently working as an Information Technology Team Lead at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, responsible for payment systems, end-to-end delivery of online implementation, change management, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Delivery Lead at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, managing the digital transformation program and leading a team for ongoing programs. Sweta also has experience as a Product Engineer - SWIFT at Emirates NBD, where they were involved in business analysis, consulting, solution designing, and end-to-end delivery of projects. Additionally, they worked as an Associate - Projects at Credit Suisse, where they were responsible for the migration of business and the development of a middleware system. Sweta has also worked as a Software Developer at Tieto and a Systems Engineer at Infosys.
Sweta Sahu earned a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from SNDT University, graduating in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from R J College from 2005 to 2008. Sweta attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for high school from 2004 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Sweta is a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) by Scrum Alliance, and they are also a Level 1 Candidate in the CFA Program by CFA Institute.
