Bringing 25 years’ worth of knowledge and strategy gathered from the successful delivery of major projects in Victoria, Andrew is skilled in planning, negotiating, and delivering projects with complex interfaces, design requirements and important public and private profile considerations. His expertise is underpinned by a Bachelor of Planning Design (Property and Construction) and a Bachelor of Property and Construction (Honours), with University of Melbourne.
