Dana Lugoboi's work experience starts with their role as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at AddedValue, where they focused on sourcing and engaging senior passive candidates for startups. Dana then moved on to Monday.com (Via Added-Value), where they worked as a Sourcing Specialist. Prior to that, they worked for an undisclosed private company as an Intelligence Analyst, specializing in WEBINT, OSINT, and HUMINT analysis. Dana conducted investigative research on individuals, corporate entities, and various issues. Their earliest work experience was as a Research and Teaching Assistant at IDC Herzliya, where they assisted students in understanding and implementing principles and material studied in class, as well as managing the course website and examining academic assignments and exams.
Dana Lugoboi earned a Bachelor's degree in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategic Studies from Reichman University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Dana then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Counter Terrorism and Homeland Security, also at Reichman University, from 2016 to 2017.
