Julián Franco Cardona

Julián Franco Cardona is an experienced business analyst with a strong background in risk management and sales strategy, currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst for Risk at Addi since July 2021. Julián has successfully developed and implemented credit and fraud control policies for Colombia and Brazil, leading to significant reductions in losses. Prior to this, Julián worked at PepsiCo as a Sales Strategy Associate Analyst, achieving considerable savings and improvements in logistics and key performance indicators in Colombia. Julián holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad ICESI and has international experience in Economics and International Business from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
