Arlene Febles has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Arlene began their career as a Crew Member at AMC Theatres in 2003. In 2005, they took on a Sales Associate role at Office Depot. In 2007, they were a Business Development Specialist at Hyundai Motor America. Arlene returned to AMC Theatres in 2008, where they worked as a Booth Operational Technician, Supervisor, and Crew Member. In 2012, they began working as a Business Administration Manager and Medical Administrative Assistant at Gilberto Hair Center. In 2014, they were an Administrative Assistant at Cosmetic Surgical Group. In 2017, they joined Kaseya as a Curriculum Specialist and Onboarding Specialist. Since 2018, they have been with Addigy, where they have held the roles of Talent Operations Manager, Head of Talent Operations, HR Systems Administrator, and Support Engineer/Hiring Lead.

Arlene Febles is currently pursuing an IT degree from Miami Dade College. Arlene has also obtained three certifications: an Addigy Certified Associate in July 2021 and August 2022, and a Webroot Technical Certification in January 2018.
