Bryce Carlson began their career in 2010 as a Front End Operations Specialist at Mills Fleet Farm. In 2011, they held two positions, Networking Intern at the Appleton Area School District and Macintosh and Housing Service Administrator at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, as well as a Helpdesk Student Supervisor. From 2016 to 2021, Bryce worked at Jamf, first as a Support Engineer, then as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, and finally as a Product Specialist. In 2021, they joined LogicMonitor as a Product Manager - Azure, AWS, and GCP Cloud Monitoring, and a Product Manager - Azure Cloud Monitoring. Bryce is currently employed at Addigy as a Product Manager.
Bryce Carlson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Information Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay between 2011-2015. Bryce has also obtained several certifications, including Addigy Academy Basics and Addigy Certified Expert from Addigy in 2022, Certified Jamf Expert from Jamf in 2017, Certified JSS Administrator from Jamf in 2017, Certified Casper Administrator and Certified Casper Technician from JAMF Software in 2016, and LogicMonitor Certified Associate from LogicMonitor, Inc. in 2021.
