Tanya Frankel-Waxman

Director of HR at Addionics

Tanya Frankel-Waxman has been in the workforce since 2009, when they began their role as a Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. In 2013, they took on an Honorary Assistant Psychologist role at UCLH Gynaecological Cancer Centre, where they assisted with clinical work and research. In 2017, they became a Team Leader at Cycurity, where they provided guidance, training and wellbeing for 7 community leaders and developed "Cyc-talks" using talents from within the company. Currently, they are an HR Manager and Operations at Addionics, where they work to provide specialized improved rechargeable batteries by redesigning their architecture.

Tanya Frankel-Waxman attended Pelech Girls High School in Jerusalem from 2005 to 2008. Tanya then pursued a BSc (Hons) Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they obtained an Onco-Equip training (Cancer Genetics for Health Professional) certification from Plymouth University. In 2021, they began pursuing an Executive MA in Human Resources Management at Tel Aviv University, and they are currently in the supervision stage of a Personal Coaching training course at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
