Matt Boster has over a decade of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle and business development sectors. Since March 2014, Matt has held various roles at Addison Group, advancing from Healthcare Recruiter to Senior Business Development Manager and ultimately to Branch Manager of Healthcare, where responsibilities include expanding market presence through strategic relationships and effective marketing. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Sales Executive at Bear Transportation Services, focusing on new client acquisition and high-growth strategies. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Arkansas.
