Michael Palia

Michael Palia has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout the years. Michael started their career as a Marketing Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin from 2009 to 2011. Michael then worked as a Marketing & Fan Experience Assistant at UC Berkeley from August 2011 to May 2012. Michael Palia joined ADVANTIS Global Inc. in August 2012 as a Recruiter, eventually becoming a Corporate Trainer & Senior IT Recruiter from January 2015 to December 2016. From July 2013 to December 2014, they held the position of Senior IT Recruiter at ADVANTIS Global Inc. In 2017, they joined Solving IT as a Senior Account Executive for a brief period from January 2017 to April 2017. Currently, they are working at Addison Group, where they started as an IT Recruiter from April 2017 to June 2018, then became a Senior IT Recruiter from July 2018 to December 2020, and is currently working as a Principal Recruiter, focusing on Information Technology and Digital Marketing.

Michael Palia received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Santa Barbara in 2008. Michael later went on to earn a Master of Education degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011.
