Reece Cardenas has a diverse work experience in various industries. They began their career in 2015 as a Shop Manager/Car Detailer at Premier Cleaning Services. In 2017, they worked as a Crew Leader at Cobra Design & Build. In 2019, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist at PEAK Talent Search. In 2020, they became a Job Supervisor at Premier Flooring LLC. Currently, Reece is working at Addison Group, where they started as a Junior Recruiter in March 2021 and then progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and currently as a Senior Lead Recruiter in the Finance & Accounting department.
