Juan Hincapie has a diverse work experience in the HVAC industry spanning over 15 years. Juan started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Louis J. Aguirre & Associates, P.A., where they worked from September 2006 to December 2011. In 2012, they joined Advantix Systems as an Application Engineer, and during their tenure, they held multiple roles within the company. In September 2015, they moved on to Addison HVAC, where they currently serve as the Director of Application Engineering.
From 1994 to 2000, Juan Hincapie attended Universidad EAFIT, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
