John Grady has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. John started their career at Camden Dream Center as a Teaching Intern, where they successfully implemented a social advocacy literacy curriculum and STEM learning programs. In 2021, they worked as an Adult Program Support at the Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support, followed by being a Founding Team Member at Screen Allies, responsible for content research and production. John then served as an S2i Intern at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute. Currently, they are employed at Adelphi Research as a Project Associate, with plans to transition into the role of Project Director in 2023.

John Grady obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Joseph's University from 2017 to 2021. In addition to the degree, they received certifications in "Learning R" from LinkedIn in September 2021 and "Social Behavioral Research" from CITI Program, a division of BRANY, in October 2019.
