Previous positions include Human Resources Director at Health Plus Management and Human Resources Manager at Santa Fe Recovery Center, where Jill effectively built HR departments and managed all facets of HR processes. Jill's early career included roles in account management at CIGNA Healthcare and service management positions. Holding a Master's in Human Resources Management from Capella University, along with degrees in Environmental Engineering Technology and Psychology, Jill brings a diverse skill set and comprehensive understanding of human resources in various settings.
