Svenja Hector is a seasoned professional in the field of sustainable finance with extensive experience since February 2017 at adelphi, where roles have included Co-Lead and Senior Manager, focusing on integrating sustainable finance into the core activities of financial institutions in Europe. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at the 2° Investing Initiative, analyzing the financial sector's challenges with long-term risk assessments, and a research associate position at ETH Zurich, conducting studies on risk and climate policy for a doctoral dissertation. Svenja Hector holds a Doctorate in Economics from ETH Zürich and has completed advanced studies in International Economic Policy Research at the Kiel Institute, as well as a Master's degree in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin, complemented by an exchange program at Vanderbilt University.
