Teuta Rechi has been in the workforce since 2013. Teuta began their career as a Summer Intern at American Corner Struga, where they were responsible for the maintenance of computers and direct contact with the readers. In 2016, they took on a role as a Public Relations Intern at South East European University. That same year, they joined Slice as a Customer Support Representative, and was later promoted to Customer Support Team Lead and Account Manager, Enterprise Accounts. In 2020, Teuta joined Adeva as the Head Of Account Management, where they were the main point of contact with a portfolio of clients. Teuta worked closely with the Sales, Talent, Finance and Legal teams to efficiently fulfil client needs, and built upon existing client relationships to execute account plans.

Teuta Rechi obtained a Bachelor's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from South East European University (SEEU) between 2013 and 2016.
