Margret Bruening has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Management Trainee at Axel Springer SE from October 2013 to November 2014. Margret then served as an Advisor to the CEO Customer Care at Axel Springer SE from December 2014 to June 2016. Following that, they worked at CINTELLIC Consulting Group, initially as a Senior Consultant from July 2016 to March 2017, then as a Manager from March 2017 to December 2019, and finally as a Senior Manager from January 2020 to March 2022. Currently, Margret is working at AdEx Partners, where they were initially hired as a Senior Manager from March 2022 to January 2023. Margret then progressed to the role of Associate Partner from January 2023 onwards and later promoted to Head of Marketing & Communication from July 2023.
Margret Bruening has a Master's degree in Medienkultur & Medienwirtschaft from the University of Bayreuth, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre and obtained the Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) from Hochschule Fresenius, from 2004 to 2009. Margret also holds additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Master PSM I and an IREB Requirements Engineering Professional.
