Jennifer Cohen, MSN, RN, CCNS, CCRN, PCCN, SCRN, is an accomplished Advanced Practice Nurse with extensive experience in neurology and stroke care. Currently, Jennifer serves as an Advanced Practice Nurse at TeleSpecialists since May 2022, providing expertise in acute stroke calls for a neurology group. Jennifer has held various roles, including Stroke Program Manager at Premier Health Partners, ensuring quality care for patients in an acute stroke-ready facility. With prior experience at American Physician Partners, MedXM, and complex care solutions GmbH, Jennifer has developed a strong background in advanced nursing practices. Additionally, Jennifer has contributed to education as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Wright State University-Lake Campus and served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Vascular Access Survey Panel.
