Pawan Sharma

Pawan Sharma is an experienced engineering professional with a background in Big Data and automation within the financial sector. Currently serving as Engineering Director for Big Data at Adform since October 2022, Pawan leads back-end microservices for the Adform Flow product, utilizing advanced technologies such as Kafka, Apache Storm, Akka, Vertica, Hadoop, Spark, and Hive, primarily with Scala or Java. Prior to this role, Pawan held multiple positions at Itiviti, including Head of Automation and various leadership roles in Global Services, and gained experience as a Senior Business Analyst at CameronTec. Pawan began the career at Aurionpro Solutions as a Sales Engineer and has a solid educational foundation in Electronics & Telecommunication from Mumbai University.
