Ben Herath has extensive experience in the design industry, primarily in the sports apparel and footwear sector. Ben is currently the Vice President Design for Specialist Sports at adidas, where they are responsible for leading the design teams for various sports categories, including Tennis, Cycling, Swim, and Rugby. Ben Herath has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of South Australia, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. In 1994, they also received a Design Scholarship from Pukyong National University for Industrial and Product Design. In 2018 and 2019, they completed Executive Development Programs at Harvard Business School. In 2023, they attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford for an Executive Leadership Program and the MIT Sloan School of Management and Wharton Executive Education for unspecified programs.
