Gerald Digruber has a strong background in supply chain management and has held various roles at adidas and Reebok Europe. Gerald started their career at adidas in 2004 as a Project Manager and Supply Chain Specialist. Gerald then moved on to Reebok Europe in 2008, where they served as a Senior Manager in Order Fulfillment. Gerald returned to adidas in 2011 as a Director of Project Management. From 2013 to 2016, they held senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Consumer Direct Projects and Senior Director of Strategic Programs. In 2017, Gerald became the Senior Director of Business Unit Planning. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Global Product Supply and later became the Senior Vice President of Global Product Supply in 2022. In these roles, Gerald has been responsible for overseeing product availability, inventory management, and leading global teams. Gerald has collaborated with various business units and stakeholders to ensure effective operations and implement transformative initiatives such as the introduction of an SAP-supported planning approach.
Gerald Digruber earned a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications as an Authorized Representative from adidas International Trading AG, a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS, and has completed the Global High Potential Program at adidas.
