Vice President Sourcing Costing, Sustainability & Strategy at Adidas

Hirdi Johal has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Starting with General Motors in 2002, Hirdi worked as a Finance Analyst in various divisions including General Assembly, Quality, Inplant Logistics, and Fleet Pricing. In 2004, Hirdi joined Marks and Spencer as a Finance Analyst, eventually progressing to roles such as Finance Manager for Property and Store Development, Senior Finance Manager for Kidswear and Ecom, and Senior Finance Manager for Property, Store Development, and IT. From 2013 to 2015, Hirdi worked as the Head of Commercial Finance at Signet Jewelers. In 2015, Hirdi joined Mothercare PLC as the Head of Finance for Global Sourcing, later becoming the General Manager for Global Sourcing. Currently, Hirdi is working at adidas, serving as the Senior Finance Director for Global Sourcing, then as the VP of Finance for Tech & Performance Management, and finally as the VP of Finance for Global Operations.

Hirdi Johal holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Economics from Brunel University London.
