Hubert Polak has extensive work experience primarily in the field of sales and account management. Hubert started their career at Americanos as a Store Concept Manager from an unspecified date in 1998 until August 2001. Hubert then joined adidas Poland, where they initially worked as a Sales Representative from September 2001 to September 2005. Hubert later served as a Regional Key Account Manager from October 2005 to June 2008. Moving up in the company, they held the position of Director KAM adidas & Reebok from January 2014 to January 2022. Alongside their role at adidas Poland, Hubert Polak also worked at adidas from July 2008 to January 2010 as Head of Sales and from January 2010 to January 2018 as Head of Field Sales for adidas & Reebok. Subsequently, they held the role of Director Sales KA PL/BAL from January 2018 to January 2022 and Director Sales Strategic Acc. Leisure EE from January 2022 to March 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Director Brand Accounts East Europe at adidas since April 2022.
Hubert Polak pursued an MBA in Risk Management for Financial Institutions from Lodz University of Technology from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2000, they attended PWSBiA, where they studied Law & Administration.
