Kerstin Raulf has extensive work experience in the sports industry, primarily with adidas and its subsidiaries. Kerstin started their career at Reebok Deutschland GmbH in 1992 as an Accounting Manager and worked there until 1998. Kerstin then joined Reebok Europe BV as an Accounting Manager and held the position until 2007. In 2008, they joined adidas AG as a Senior Business Consultant and later became a Senior Manager of Methodologies & Principles in Global Financial Shared Services. From 2017 to 2018, Kerstin worked as the Director of FSS Process Governance at adidas AG. In 2018, they transitioned to adidas as a Director of Cross-Functional Standards & Methodology. Currently, Kerstin holds the position of Director Global Processes R2R/Product Area Lead at adidas.
