Patrick Nava began their work experience in 2003 as an intern at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. and later at Audi. In 2006, they interned at McKinsey & Company, Inc. and then joined the company as an Associate in 2007. At McKinsey, they worked as an Engagement Manager and Senior Associate, leading various strategic projects for retail companies. In 2011, they joined Gap Inc. as the Director of Corporate Strategy and later became the Senior Director of Strategic Alliances. In 2016, they transitioned to adidas, where they held the role of VP of Business Development and Head Office before being promoted to the Global Vice President of Product Management Running.

Patrick Nava completed their Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia from 2000 to 2007. Patrick then pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they obtained certifications in Design Thinking: Implementing the Process and Sales Operations from LinkedIn in 2018.
