Silja Hintz has extensive work experience in the sports industry, with their most recent position being the Vice President of Sales for Central Europe at adidas since September 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at the PUMA Group, including Head of Sales DACH from February 2017 to August 2019, and Head of Sales Field Accounts DACH from May 2015 to August 2019. Silja also worked at Reebok as the Director of Key Account from April 2013 to April 2015. Additionally, Silja has a long history with adidas, starting in 2006 as a Regional Key Account Manager, and later progressing to roles such as Key Account Manager and Group Key Account Manager.

Silja Hintz attended Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg from 1998 to 2003. During the same period, they also studied Strategic Management at The University of Winnipeg from 2000 to 2001.
