Vanessa Abrahams-John has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Vanessa is currently working at Adidas, where they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources and Senior Vice President - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Prior to this, they worked at Linde as the Director of Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Acquisition for almost a decade. Before Linde, they were a Senior Legal Counsel at Praxair, Inc., where they played a crucial role in several strategic acquisitions and divestitures. Vanessa also has experience in academia, serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Pace University School of Law. Vanessa started their career as a Corporate Associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP and later at Weil Gotshal and Manges, focusing on corporate financing and restructuring law, and general corporate, M&A, and restructuring law, respectively.

Vanessa Abrahams-John completed their Doctor of Law degree (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law in the years 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology, General from Western University.
