Mark Hicks

Mark Hicks is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in corporate development, financial management, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of the EMEA Change Office at Adient since September 2016, Mark leads $200 million in transformational restructuring projects and oversees M&A and divestitures. Mark also holds board positions for multiple International Adient legal entities. Prior to Adient, Mark spent 18 years at Johnson Controls in various senior finance roles, including Director of Finance for JIT Operations, where responsibilities included managing a $900 million budget across 35 manufacturing locations. Mark started his career as an Assistant Management Accountant at MICROVITEC LIMITED after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Bradford.
