Nicole Bailey

Nicole Bailey currently serves as a Purchasing Program Manager and Commodity Manager at Adient, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Gentherm from 2012 to 2022, progressing through various positions including Business Unit Interface, Senior Purchasing Analyst, and Supply Chain Analyst. Early experience includes internships as a Sales Intern at Penske Truck Leasing and Yazaki North America, as well as a Research Aide at the Institute for Public Policy and Social Research from 2008 to 2011. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and is a member of the National Technical Honors Society in Visual Imaging from Oakland Technical Campus Southwest.
