Petra Hosová

Petra Hosová is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and performance management. Currently serving as Plant HR Manager at Adient since December 2018, Petra has previously held significant roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Development & Resourcing Manager at Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o., and HR Organizational Development Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. With a strong foundation in HR gained from positions at T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., Danone, and Balírny Douwe Egberts, Petra has successfully designed and implemented training programs, developed HR marketing strategies, and managed recruitment processes. Petra holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague.
