Tracy Feliks

Tracy Feliks is a seasoned procurement and vendor management professional with extensive experience in the IT and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global IT Procurement at Adient since January 2021, Tracy leads a global purchasing spend of $210 million and has a proven track record of exceeding savings targets. Prior to Adient, Tracy held various senior managerial roles at Visteon Corporation, managing substantial budgets and vendor operations across global regions. With a strong background in SAP implementation and contract management, Tracy has successfully driven strategic sourcing initiatives, managed vendor compliance, and implemented processes to enhance efficiency. Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University.
