Robert McShinsky has a long and varied work experience. Robert began their career in 1996 as a Systems Engineer at The Clara Martin Center. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at Dartmouth Health as a Principal System Engineer, Sr. Systems Engineer, and Server Administrator. During this time, they were the Project Lead in Active Directory migrations and Application integration of multiple converging hospital and clinic organizations, a Virtualization Architect and Manager for Hyper-V and VMware, a Cyber Security Evaluator, Implementor, and Administrator, and an Enterprise Storage Administrator and Manager primarily on HP EVA and 3PAR. In 2009, they became a Contributor for TechTarget, a Board of Directors member for the Laconia Muskrats, and an Owner for VirtuallyAware.com. In 2015, they joined the Board of Directors for the Upper Valley Nighthawks, and in 2022 they became a Senior System Engineer for Adimab, LLC.
Robert McShinsky attended Siena College from 1992 to 1996. In October 2022, they obtained a certification from LinkedIn called "Kubernetes: The Documentary".
