Flavien Revenu is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in industrial HR management. Currently serving as HRD SBU MTN at Adisseo since February 2022, Flavien previously held significant roles at BIC from December 2011 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for the Briquet category across five global factories with a workforce of 1,000, and serving as Deputy HR Director for both Briquets and Razors worldwide, managing nine factories with a total of 3,000 employees. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at AsteelFlash Europe, managing HR for Europe and Tunisia, and a foundational position at ArcelorMittal, focusing on industrial HR for a varying headcount. Flavien’s formal education includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources from ESSEC Business School, completed in 2007.
