Juana Celle

Juana Celle has been with Adisseo since February 2013, serving as Responsable ADDIXYZ, where responsibilities include deploying digital training and developing new programs to address internal needs. In a previous role at Adisseo focusing on continuous performance improvement, Juana enhanced manufacturing workshops across various metrics, including capacity and quality. Prior experience at Elkem ASA involved research and development of new silicone products. Juana holds a degree in Digital Project Management from VISIPLUS Academy and a professional degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical processes from IUT Lyon 1.
