Calle Edlén began their work experience in 2001 as an Innesäljare at Länsförsäkringar. Calle then worked as a Säljare at Metro International from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Academic Work as a Senior Account Manager/Kundansvarig until 2015. Starting in 2016, Calle worked at Autorekrytering, first as a Regionchef Väst (Regional Manager) until 2020, and then as a Regionchef Syd och Väst (Regional Manager) until 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Sales at Oddwork since February 2022, and prior to that, they served as an Employer Branding Advisor from June 2021.
Calle Edlén attended Hvitfeldtska Gymnasiet from 1997 to 2000, where they earned their Gymnasieexamen in the field of study Affärsprogrammet.
