Johan Vildhede's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Legal Advisor at Timglaset. Johan then moved on to Fjällmans Juridik in 2013 and also worked as a Legal Advisor. In 2014, they joined Collector Bank as a Legal Advisor until February 2017. In 2018, they started working at Oddwork as an Account Manager, where they specialized in employer branding. Later, they became the Employer Branding Project Lead in October 2020.
Johan Vildhede completed their Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation from Lunds universitet during the years 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Kitas Gymnasium from 2004 to 2007, focusing on the subject of Ekonomi och språk. No specific degree was mentioned for their time at Kitas Gymnasium.
