Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Aditya Birla Group since October 2015, Ramchandran previously held the position of Group Executive President - Human Resources at Vodafone India Limited from January 2009 to September 2015. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at Tata AIA Life Insurance and Sr. Vice President - Human Resources at GE Money, where responsibility included heading human resources for GE Countrywide. Prior to this, Ramchandran worked as the Factory Manager at Asian Paints. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur with an MBA in Human Resources, Ramchandran also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Loyola College.
