These brands have achieved consistent growth over the years, driven by a strong focus on consumer-centric product innovation that keeps them ahead of market trends. Strategic expansion into new categories and geographies has further unlocked continuous growth opportunities.

The Company’s foray into the innerwear and athleisure market through the brand, Van Heusen, has met with success in a short period of time. Since 2016, the brand has consistently scaled its distribution network and now has a vast multi-brand outlet footprint of 35,000+ outlets and the exclusive brand outlets network of over 100 stores. The company has also partnered with leading brands like Simon Carter, American Eagle and Reebok to strengthen its portfolio. American Eagle has emerged as one of India’s top premium denim brands, driven by its superior products, strong brand positioning and seamless shopping experience across stores and other channels.

Meanwhile, Reebok, acquired in Fiscal 2022 to enhance the company’s presence in the youth sportswear segment, officially transitioned under its management on October 1, 2022. Since then, it has expanded its retail footprint with new store openings, relaunched its website (Reebok.in), and initiated marketplace operations to accelerate growth.
