Laura de Vocht

Laura De Vocht is an experienced professional in People Operations and Human Resources, currently serving as a Senior People Operations Partner at Adjust since May 2022, after progressing through roles as a People Operations Partner and Junior People Operations Manager. Prior to this, Laura worked at Democracy Reporting International from September 2020 to April 2022, holding positions as Human Resources & Administration Officer and Human Resources & Administration Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed employee life cycle management, HRIS system management, and compliance with German labour law. Additional experience includes serving as a Credential Evaluator at NARIC-Vlaanderen, and various administrative roles at the Confederation of the European Bicycle Industry, as well as positions within the Erasmus Student Network. Laura holds a Master of Science in International Business Economics and Management from KU Leuven, alongside other educational qualifications in Political Sciences and management studies from Ichec Brussels Management School and the University of Antwerp.
