Carlos Sánchez Gooding has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles in the IT and digitalization field. Carlos is currently working as the CTO at ADL Digital Lab. Prior to this, they served as the CIO LatAm at B. Braun Group and held several leadership positions at Bayer, including Head of Business Services Andean Countries and IT, IT Head Country Group Andean, Head of IT Business Applications and PMO Andean Country Group, and Head of Organization & Information BHC Colombia. Additionally, Carlos has worked as an Analyst and Architect in different companies such as Grupo Gesfor and Azurian. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in digitalization and innovation, continuous improvement, and effectively supporting business operations through IT solutions.
Carlos Sánchez Gooding holds a Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate from Stanford University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Carlos also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad de Los Andes, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Carlos earned a Systems Engineer degree in Ingeniería informática from the same university, which they completed from 1996 to 2003. Alongside their degrees, Carlos Sánchez Gooding has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Carlos has also completed certifications as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner from CertiProf, although the specific dates are not provided.
