Previously, Matt was the Head of Marketing & Product at Hermes, where brand transformation and enhancing customer experience were key initiatives. Experience includes leading marketing strategies at Cox Automotive UK, overseeing significant branding projects and customer insights. Prior roles at Manheim UK and Asda Stores Ltd included executive positions with a strong focus on advertising, digital media, and marketing research. Matt's educational background includes a Psychology BSc (Hons) from Bangor University and a Level 4 Diploma in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy.
