Daniel Surmacz has a diverse work experience, holding various roles in different companies. Daniel started their career as a Co-founder of Coaching Polska in 2008 and worked there until 2010. In 2011, they founded Feeldate and remained in this role until 2013. In 2012, they joined RTB House as the Chief Operating Officer. Daniel then became a Supervisory Board Member at Netguru in 2019.
